Every day, I see him take one bucket seat out and put it right inside the daycare's front door.....and then go back and get the other bucket seat. Then, the director helps him take one twin to the room....he usually leaves his door open, with the other twin outside, too! I would mainly be worried about nosy neighbors. I lived in a condo when I had LO and every time I returned from going out alone neighbors would ask if I forgot the baby in the car.</p> <p>On the other hand, my cousin had twins in a condo with a similar parking situation. Its my understanding that she left a baby at the top of the stairs while she took one car seat down, left baby 1 in the car, ran up to grab #2, and brought them down every time she left the house. I totally locked the car while it was running and ran upstairs and got my thing--my decision is helped by the fact that our space is directly next to the stairs and our unit is right at the top of the stairs. I'm up and back in 30 seconds, like I literally sprinted. </p> <p>And if I'm honest, the sprinting was more because I would be embarrassed if my neighbor saw my daughter alone in a car for 30 seconds, not because I think there's any danger at all in leaving her there.</p> <p>Well...thinking about it more--if I were just returning an item, i would probably return it later because I'm lazy.
