Thanks everyone! I think I might stop by Destination Maternity to check out the Simple Wishes one, since they carry it, and then either make a decision or just order one of each. It would be handy to keep one at home and one at work, so that wouldn't be the worst thing if I decide to go that route!

@Alivoo01: I put my PumpEase on and set my pump up on one side (usually my right side because I find breastfeeding my little one on my left side is easier to maneuver.) After I get my pump good to go, I pull the free side of the PumpEase up and over my breast so I can feed my little one at the same time. It's not as comfortable as JUST pumping (it pulls the fabric a little and can feel a bit tight) but I honestly get so much more milk (and it's faster) when I pump and feed at the same time. The PumpEase isn't big and bulky so I can easily pull one side up or down to feed and pump.

I have simple wishes and I love it.

I got it for free using a coupon code.

I wonder if the code still works?

I haven't used both but love my Simple Wishes one. Makes me want to check out the Pumpease one too but I will hopefully be retiring the pump soon.

I have both and prefer the simple wishes one! It fits better (because its adjustable), my boobs seem too far apart for the pumpease one.

@SophiaMarello: How do you feed your LO with the bra on? This would be super efficient if I could do that and pump in the morning.

I love my PumpEase! Yeah, the cuteness factor is nice (so is the matching wet bag!) But the main reason I love my PumpEase is that it's not as big and bulky as some of the other hands-free bras. I find that my milk output is MUCH higher if I do breast compressions while I pump. I can do hands-on pumping while wearing my PumpEase, or even feed my babe on one side while I pump the other.

I don't have any experience with the pumpease, but I really love my simple wishes pumping bra. I EP'ed for a year and didn't buy it until 3 months pp. Wish I had bought it sooner because it was a lifesaver. I also let my sister borrow it for a year, and I'm back to using it again with my second. It has held up great, and I can't imagine pumping without it.

I need to buy a hands-free pumping bra and these seem to be the two best-reviewed brands. Has anyone tried both? I'm just wondering how much different they are and whether one is really better than the other. The PumpEase ones are so much cuter! But I did a quick search of the boards and it seems like most people have the Simple Wishes one.
