I love every single episode. You can watch a bunch on the PBS app but you need internet connection. "Making something is one way...to say I love you." It immediately helped LO with waiting (imagine/play/sing while you wait) and Stop and go potty. Sometimes I say, Remember what Daniel Tiger did. Once I heard her mumbling that to me when she stopped playing to go to the bathroom.

It's also good for young LOs b/c it doesn't have a bunch of screen transitions/angles and it is about familiar everyday things. :D So cute.

@Mrs. Cowgirl - "when you feel so mad, that you want to roar, take a deep breath, and count to 4. 1, 2, 3, 4"

I also like "when something seems bad, turn it around, and find something new." My son loves me to sing it and then spin around.

I really didn't know that it first aired in October of 2012...so really recent. Plus, all the parents are old characters from Mr. Roger's (Mr. Tiger, Lady Elaine (Miss Elaina's mom), Prince Tuesday).

@NaturallyCathy: I'm a former zookeeper, so even the ugly ones are cute to me ;)

The best part is that show coincides with naptime at 4pm...my husband is like, "seriously? Can we watch some grownup TV while he is asleep?" Haha!

PS- I have the "when we do something new" song in my head right now.

@lemondrop: Aren't the baby animals so frickin' cute? And then you look them up and you're slightly disappointed their not more squishy looking. Love those guys.

We love that show, I was so excited when I realized it is a spinoff of Mr. Rogers!

I have to admit we also watch Wild Kratts, more for me than our son... I like the cartoon animals ;)

I do whenever I think about it and I love it too. I hum the potty song most often because I think it's the episode shown most often on our local PBS. I think it's adorable and it keeps Henry, 1 year old, entertained beautifully. I think he likes the colors and I like that they teach lessons not only to the pre-school aged children but gives parents ideas too. That's super helpful for people like me, who had no kid experience prior to having a kid.

We have seen a few episodes of this show and I didn't realize until they start singing one of the Mr. Rogers songs that it was a spin-off! I thought it was very cute, and the LOs liked it.

We love this show. I loved Mr. Roger's as a kid, so I was thrilled to find out about this spin-off, if you will. The songs are catchy!!

My girls have little stuffed animal that they recently nicknamed "Tigey". He doesn't look like Tigey on the show, but they don't care. They play hide and seek with Tigey and absolutely love him!!! My youngest (almost 19 months) carries him around a lot and gives him kisses and hugs :)

My son loves this show. We DVR it, and he always asks to watch it when we're home. I hate to admit it, but I really like their premise. Plus, the songs are pretty catchy. I even catch myself singing it to myself at work sometimes. Lol.

Before watching the potty episode, he would hate sitting on the potty. But after the potty episode aired, he is now wanting to sit on the potty as long as I sing the potty song (although he hasn't yet peed or pooed in it). He's 2 years old.

I'm hoping that they'll come out with a Daniel the Tiger stuffed toy, so I can buy it for my son.

Do you watch this show, too?
