So, yesterday I looked up "sweet potato" in the indexes of some recipe books because I had three big ones I wanted to use up. We ended up eating spiced sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli, and pork cutlets diane. I would totally eat the dessert as a meal! :) Other than that, I try to plan in my head as I'm singing to Lorelei to get her down for nap or nighttime what chores need to be done so that I can be maximumly efficient after she's asleep. I also use books on cd (she'll listen on my android tablet) for Ellie when I'm doing Lorelei's bedtime routine so she stays occupied in a positive way. You are doing great! When LO starts to get bored with whatever he's doing, I say "Let's read a book!" and then we do. That gives me 1) a break and 2) a chance to figure out what to do next. It also avoids a break in the action, which is typically when crankiness sets in! </p>
