So you might be able to make that work. I just lay is flat across the bottom, so it has to be a fairly empty load. So I'm able to rest the sponge on that. But I actually can't figure out a good way to store the handled sponge on the sink in sight. I hate the look of them and I've totally stopped using them because of no way to conveniently store them. Maybe under the sink?</p> <p>@petitenoisette: I have a metal rack in the bottom of my sink. I put it in the dishwasher. Are you able to do that? (Am I supposed to do that, or no? yikes! I don't know!) Anyways. It gets nasty, I have to really scrub it like once a month. But I like it; I don't like stuff touching the bottom. In the old house we kept our brushes and such behind the faucet up against the wall but that's obviously not an option here. I'd like to keep the stuff "out of sight" but also easily accessible. </p> <p>We could put it in the cupboard below but i was thinking some sort of a sink caddy that could hang from the bottom of the faucet would work....does this exist?
