SO painful. I usually have pain right behind my right ear (I think I got a really bad ear infection a few years ago and it's never been the same since then) so it'll spread there and usually settle there for the rest of the day. </p> <p>I stopped using my cool mist humidifier now that it's getting warmer, and that definitely helped for a few nights, but this morning I woke up with the knife in my nose again. Ugh. </p> <p>I tried the neti pot over the weekend when it hurt, and it did seem to help, but I can't stir up a neti pot solution every morning before work!! Anyone have any suggestions? Pregnancy safe as well?? </p>
