It took about 30 minutes to start feeling some relief &#38;amp; in about 1.5-2 hours I had forgotten about it! If nothing else peppermint oil is relaxing &#38;amp; invigorating! tehe

<description>&#60;p&#62;I use peppermint oil (just a dab on my temples, behind ears, &#38;amp; base of neck if that is hurting too). It works really well! It's also good for congestion so that might help clear the sinuses too!

<description>&#60;p&#62;The last few days I've been getting awful sinus headaches. I used to take Tylenol and sudafed and that would do it but I know sudafed is no good with bfing. I'm guessing they are allergy related since they came on suddenly. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any recommendations? Acupuncture cured my pregnancy headaches so I'd like to try that again. Any non med things to try? Advil is not cutting it.
