Tommee Tippee Explora soft tip ones. They were great. We also did camelbak kids cups (straw cup with soft bite valve). We had no issues with any cups with him.

We started with the Avent sippy but my LO learned best with the Nuby. It took about 3-4 weeks for him to go from chewing the spout to sucking with us tilting it back for him to him gulping water out of his sippy all day long! We started at 5.5 months.

Nuby cup! It's much easier for DD to pick up a cup with handles. It took her a while to figure out how to tip it back, but she's getting the hang of it!

I really like the munchkin ones, three kiss seem to like them, the straw one doesn't leak and the spout one only leaks if you leave it upside down with pressure on it. The biggest plus though is they don't have a million pieces! We tried one that I literally could never get back together again in a way that didn't make it leak!

We introduced a Zoli Bot at around 7mo. She didn't really get it until more like 10 or 11mo. One day it just clicked. We've also tried Nuby. The Zoli cup was nice but it was $15 and I left it at the playground one day. No more expensive cups for us. At home we don't do a lot of the sippy, we just use regular glasses.

Mine hasn't liked or figured out anything we've tried thus far...

Also, what age did your LO figure out how to actually use it? So far, mine just chews on them, but can't get liquid out.
