@twodoghouse: Funny. My girl is actually smaller. We say she's tiny but fierce because she's definitely the alpha twin.

@yellowbird: isn't it funny how different they all are? As you know, L has been sitting up for months (8.5 months now), but she still isn't crawling. She can kind of frog leg push herself around a tiny bit, but doesn't really move very far, so I don't count it yet.

@hilary: My DD pushes her twin bro around too. She was bigger for the first 6 months too. He's got several pounds on her at 17 months, but she's still definitely in charge.

My 10 month old boy still doesn't sit up. He's capable because he can pull himself up to standing but no interest in sitting. He's actually a twin so it's funny because the girl has been sitting up for months and in general just pushes him around. My pediatrician says it's normal for them to develop at different rates.

DD was still an unsteady sitter when she started army crawling. I think she started getting herself into a seated position on her own around the time she started crawling up on her knees which was 6.5-7ish months. I remember thinking both my kids were late sitters, but they ended up being early walkers.

My 6.5 month old still can't sit up! Lo1 could sit up well by this time on her own but she didn't crawl until 9ish months.

My son can army crawl super fast but he doesn't really get on all fours and if I sit him up he just wants to fall over and scoot around on his own. Normal???

It's so hard not to compare them!
