She was massively sleep deprived before though if this is how much she needs. LO hasn't had a growth spurt for a while but through all of her other ones, she ate a lot and barely slept. She turns six months old on Friday and starting yesterday, she's been sleeping a lot, usually only staying awake an hour.</p> <p>I started nap training her last Monday and she's been going down better for naps though so maybe this was always her maximum awake time? I know it's a lot shorter than most babies her age but maybe she just sleeps more. I wasn't sure if anyone else had experienced a growth spurt around this time where their LO slept a lot though. She's been drinking around 8 oz or so around every three hours, although sometimes it's only 6 oz. </p>
