Mine spread pretty slowly and started on my upper thighs, even though most people have it start on their bellies, so it could be starting elsewhere for you. I found that mine got a little better if I tried really hard not to scratch. I also recommend Sarna cream. It's cooling and helps at least temporarily. When I try to look it up it seems like skin writing, a different form of urticaria, is what it's most similar to. But a few random small rashes have popped up on my forearms and butt and I can't think of anything I'm doing differently now except for being pregnant. Were you sensitive to chlorine? What you are describing doesn't sound like it. It usually starts on the belly or groin/upper thighs and is a red itchy rash. Even though it gets a little better or worse depending on the day and what you're doing for it, it's not in response to brushing up against something.<br /> If it is PUPPP, though, I *highly* recommend Grandpa Pine Tar soap. It's cheap, and I found it at Whole Foods. Every time I get a small red mark - like brushed my hand up against a branch or the wall or something - it gets like itchy and lil red dots around it. Anyone have anything like that during pregnancy? </p>
