If you have a time or energy, you should write a scathing letter to them that you will no longer purchase any items from them for their horrible customer service. They should know and who knows maybe try to win you back as a customer with a discount or freebies.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I dont know if any of you have better experiences but I think their customer service is terrible and will not be buying any more of their products. I tried in calling to their customer service line for days but no one ever answers, no matter which option you choose it just always goes to voicemail and no one calls you back. Finally I decided to email them with a complaint and someone responded to my email with a really flippant response and they asked for more information and pictures and that was several days ago. I havent heard from anyone since. Most other baby brands have very good customer service and stay on top of things.
