Our bedtime routine is pretty short and can be done in 1/2 hour: bath, dry off and put on PJs, butt paste, sleep sack, bottle, paci, hold/rock for a little while (not to sleep) and then put her in her crib.</p> <p>ETA Oh and then repeat a step or two til she actually goes to bed.
