So, so, so much coffee. I have no other answers, but I hope someday my kids decide to sleep consistently at the same time and my productivity goes back up.

Coffee and naps in my car at lunch. Seriously - it was the only way I survived her 4+ wakeups until she was 5 months old.

Thanks ladies!

@Smurfette: I napped yesterday during my 3pm pump session, except I laid my head down on my arms and woke up to nice deep, red indentations on my forehead. LOL! I kept my head down as I walked back to my desk.

@cmomma17: I'm definitely looking forward to the weekend!

I'm still going through this at 6 months so you have my complete and total empathy!!

Lot's of coffee, lot's of water, healthy snacks throughout the day to keep energy up. Nap when baby naps on the weekend to catch up. Go to bed when baby does (even if it's super early in the evening). Cut yourself a break on everything else - let housework slide, etc. Just rest as much as possible when you can.

Ugh, I'm so sorry.

Drinking anything cold, normally diet soda or water helps a little bit. Walking sometimes helps but who really wants to get off their hump and walk when they're exhausted?

I hope it gets better soon!!

:(.

Coffee, going for a walk, or catnapping in my car helps me.

I just did it. LO woke every hour to hour thirty for the first 9 months (with a couple of random longer 2-3 hours stretches every few weeks or so). I honestly don't know how I managed, but I did. I can tell you that I burned through sticky notes (my brain was swiss cheese!) and drank more diet coke than a person ever should. ((hugs))

Diet Coke and a lot of it!! Can you take a cat nap while you pump?

Ugh, not fun mama! No advice here, we're still trying to figure out sleep ourselves. Hope you figure something out ASAP!

Coffee and walking around. I have always had a desk job so getting up every 20 mins and stretching helps me keep my eyes open!

@Alivoo01: ugh...I'm sorry mama. J has never slept well, so I can.commiserate. LOTS of coffee and very early bedtime. I took a couple 'sick days' before but I tried not to very often.

DS has been waking up crying and not wanting to be laid down in his crib between 2-5am the past few nights, so he'll be awake for hours during "prime time sleeping hours". Which makes for one super sleepy and tired momma. How do you get through the work day when you're sleep deprived?
