I used a snoogle and loved it! I miss it...but it took up half the bed and only didn't feel bad about it then because I was carrying dh's baby.

Get a Snoogle! I'm serious, it's worth the $$. I am a stomach sleeper, occasionally back, and since neither of those really work now, my Snoogle has been a lifesaver. It keeps me curled up on my side and gives me great support so it's actually comfortable to side sleep.

i sleep on my right side or back because i kept getting clogged ducts on my left boob when sleeping on my left side.

when i was pregnant, i pretty much slept on my left side the entire pregnancy. my snoogle was a lifesaver -- i still love it! ;)

I hate sleeping on my side, but I am ge tting used to it and it helps if you use lots of pillows

I have found I need three pillows or two pillows and a dog. I have one pillow for my head, one between my knees and then something in front of my belly so I don't try to roll over onto it. If my little dog is feeling snuggly, she'll end up there. If not, I stick a pillow there. That seems to help but it's still not fun. Stomach sleeper here, too.

I still sleep on my stomach, my midwife said it was fine. I did what @winniebee does throughout my whole pregnancy last time and was perfectly happy :)

I am a dedicated side sleeper. I have a body pillow (called "the man") that I usually curl around ... it was a life saver during pregnancy.

@winniebee: Whenever I'm on my side, I feel like I am squishing like an arm or something!

I slept on my back a lot. I also slept on both sides. You could put lots of pillows behind you and sleep in a reclining position?

Side sleeping is my preferred position, but sort of with the top leg curled up and half on my tummy. My tummy isn't so big where it's uncomfortable yet, but I worry about squishing things! I also wake up on my back a lot. Last night I put pillows next to me and stayed more on my side the whole night.

Have you tried putting a pillow between your knees? It was the only way for me to sleep on my side when I was pregnant.

I am a stomach sleeper. Obviously since being pregnant, I can't sleep on my stomach anymore :) I am having a really hard time sleeping now though, and can't seem to get comfortable in any position. I find myself on my back a lot (which I've heard isn't good), or on my left side.

What is the most comfortable position for you to sleep in?
