For us, as long as we have stuck to her schedule it hasn't made a difference. The only t ime we had regression was when we went to England and she was mixed up. Even that was resolved after one night of CIO.

We've dealt with it twice, both after pretty long trips. The first time we weren't very (at all) strict about her schedule while we were gone. It took about a month to get back to normal. The second time we were much more careful, and things were back to normal in less than a week.

Is sleep regression after travel inevitable, avoidable, or just luck?

A has STTN 95% of the time for the last 2 months. We're going on a two-day trip and I'm secretly terrified his sleep training and STTN will be gone. Is there anything I can do besides wait? I need positive stories!
