We just picked up a halo sleepsack for big kids - it has openings for the feet. My almost 3 year old is 39" and was outgrowing most too.

The 4T/5T goes to 46" and 50 pounds (based on size chart.) Comes in cotton or fleece

I'd probably just do fleece jammies, especially if he's all over the room.

My 2.5 year old is 42" and 38 lb and growing out of all of the sleepsacks I have found.

We have been using Vaenait Baby Toddler Kids Wearable Blanket in size large and they are great, but the zippers are a nightmare.

He is a LONG way from being able to use a blanket or night potty training. I find him sleeping all over the bedroom (last night he slept kneeling infront of the chair with his body on the chair).

What have you used for your older children?

Sometimes it's hard having kids who outgrow their age group before they are ready to move on. (Also looking for onesies for a 33" just turned 1 year old who wears cloth diapers...)
