<description>&#60;p&#62;We haven't done any formal sleep/nap training, but they did start STTN over the last couple of weeks. That has coincided with the start of the 40-minute nap phase.&#60;br /&#62;
I miss their marathon naps. There were days in the newborn stage when they would go 3-4 hours!

<description>&#60;p&#62;We started sleep training a few days ago and it's going really well! The only thing is since nights are better naps have gone down the toilet. It used to take only a few minutes to put her down before but now it's easily over 20 minutes every time.&#60;/p&#62;
