I posted a similar question a couple of weeks ago. My LO is 6 1/2 months and we are 1 week into sleep training and it has been amazing. Seriously, like life changing. We had to rock my daughter to sleep and hold her for all of her naps. My husband was on vacation so we thought it was now or never. We used Sleep Sense- I honestly don't think the method is really that different from any other method- it was just what my husband felt comfortable with and I needed him fully on board. I think she was also ready. I tried with her at 4 months and it was a disaster. I was terrified this time around but it has been great for all of us. Good luck!

Tell me your stories successful or otherwise! We did Ferber with D at 4.5 months with great results. E is about to be 4 months and up until a week ago was having some nice sleep for naps and nighttime. Not sure of this is a regression, teething or what. Should we wait it out? D never regressed at 4 months because his sleep was just so awful all along. It made it easy to know we had to do something... With E I'm not as sure :bummed:
