We also co bed....but even when she is in bed with us she wakes up every hour. </p> <p>Extinction isnt an option....she cried for three hours when we tried it before and im not willing to let her cry that long!!</p> <p>I go back and forth whether or not cio is the right thing to do. It just doesnt feel natural. You have to do what you feel comfortable with though. Do you think if you picked her up she would instantly calm down? She cried for 30-40 minutes straight until she was exhausted and sat down to sleep.
