I need sleep training for my night wakings. My son has been sleeping through, but I find myself waking up almost every night.

We sleep trained LO about a month and a half ago and things went much better than I could have ever hoped. She took to it quickly and life in general has improved for all three members of this family.
I've been noticing though that I am far less responsive when she does wake in the middle of the night, and that while she is settling herself back down or we are 'waiting out' a night waking I can actually fall back asleep instead of laying there awake, listening to her. Before sleep training, there is NO WAY I could have slept through LO even wimpering a little bit. Now I wake to her cries and wonder... how long has she actually been awake?

Did you notice that as you sleep trained your LO, you sleep trained yourself?
