I was better about changing dd into clothes but with ds we are team sleepers! Hell in the beginning he was swaddled half the day anyway. And I was into rompers for warm weather with dd. So easy! We will probably do more real clothes as ds gets a little bigger/when we are on a better routine.

@Mrs. Pickle: I do the same thing. :) Sleepers (and now jammies) are for sleeping and sick kids in our house.

I feel like the odd person out for preferring onesies/pants to sleepers on an infant. When she was tiny, sure, she wore them all the time, but once she was 3 months old and in daycare I preferred to put her in little outfits.

I do a good mix as it depends on how I feel in the morning for what I put DS2 in for daycare. I find it sort of hilarious that today is a pajama party at school. but really, it's just like any other day this week. I didn't even have another set of cute Christmas jammies so he just went in normal ones. I loooooove footed jammies that zip.

I have an obsession with my kids' PJs. I think they are adorable and even when we switched to 2 pieces for my oldest, I'm constantly buying new ones because I can't help myself! They also have lots of cute regular clothes, so I do like to get them dressed every day. My youngest was born in August, so he wore a lot of onesies during the day just because it was super hot. I do love me some footed PJs on new babies though!

Sleepers are super easy, and no judgement at all. But I actually prefer getting my 4 month old dressed in onesies and pants every morning. She has so many cute clothes, and I want a chance to use them all. And we do get out of the house most days. She was also in just a onesie for most of her first month--born in august--it was too hot for pants or sleepers.

People call me out allllll the time on having her in pajamas when we are out. I mean, she's in a one piece Tea romper and people are throwing shade. Wtf. I like normal clothes just as much as the next person but some days just call for a singular article of clothing with easy access to the diaper region. She's 9 months.

@bluestriped bee: Yes!! You are so right. At 3 months when I went back to work, daycare would always say "oh look at your cute PJs!!!" I caved and started dressing her in onesies and pants. In my defense, I put a clean sleeper on her in the morning!! Next baby will wear sleepers longer!

I do wish they would zip from top to bottom, like Halo sleep sacks. It would make diaper changes easier when my spaz is flailing all limbs.

First three months almost always in sleepers. But since then, I like her in separates. I like that getting into jammies is part of her bedtime routine.since crawling, separates are better I think because she always manages to get her feet out and it drags behind.

Totally the odd one out, but I hate dressing LO in her sleeper. I always do at night, but once she's up I'm so thankful to put her in her onsie and pants! She scrunches up her legs soooo much that getting both legs in the sleeper at once, while trying to snap/zipper it is so hard! I have to be a ninja!

Not going to lie I have used an arm/elbow to keep one leg down while sticking one leg in.....I break a sweat most nights getting her pj's on....

Haha, I'm weird about wearing "pajamas" when it's not time to sleep. I change DD into pants and onesies when I get her up. She's got around the house clothes and going out clothes. No shade though! I don't wear a lot of lounge clothes myself. I just feel better when I get dressed so I project that onto DD.
