It is amazing. It took a few nights getting used to it because it is very firm and heavy compared to anything I’ve ever had before, but I’ve probably had it 2 years at this point and I will never go back. I’m actually traveling this week and took my pillow in my suitcase. Mine is from a mattress store and has a cooling gel side and his is from Costco. No complaints. It did improve my sleep initially and we are fairly picky about pillows. I like firm and not too thick. Attached is mine. Only difference really was that mine was more expensive.
