@regberadaisy: Ugh. I feel your pain. Isn't it the worst when baby just won't nap, and all you want is for them to go to sleep so that you can sleep too? My baby's saving grace is that she does actually sleep well at night... b/c during the day the naps are few and far between.

I'm so tired too! It's only been a week since LO was born so I know it's more rough after weeks and weeks of sleepless nights but I haven't had her sleep more than one hour at a time, then DS wakes up at 6am and I can only nap when they both do!

Yikes! LO did not nap at all today. Every time my mom try to put her down she wakes up in 15. Got to have been the caffeine. :(

@Nskillet: aww mine has been fussing at the breast lately as well. She sometimes refuses formula but somehow my mom gets her to take it! It's bad because she forces it and I know you're not suppose to. But it gets her too eat when she's hungry but freaking out at the boob.

Me :( baby girl must have hit a growth spurt/something else. She currently is rejecting formula so we have been EBF. She constantly wants to be at my breast or with me and I dont think my supply is keeping up cause she literally screams bloody murder if I try and move or burp her.

Anyone else?

YES!
had a rare late night on Tuesday - came home from a family dinner at my parents' house at 10:30pm, hour drive, put DS in bed, woke at 1am to NStar sawing concrete in front of my bedroom window! Finally fell back asleep around 3am for DS to wake up around 4:45am to be fed.. I was drrraggginggg at work. Fortunately, if I have a little extra coffee it doesn't seem to make a difference in my breastmilk! So tired...

My husband took over the midnight feeding, so I got 5 hrs of sleep. Then my son fell back asleep at 7 and slept until 11:15. You better believe I slept that second stretch! I feel rested today, just a little under the weather.

@regberadaisy: I totally wish! It's been 2!!!! He usually sleeps that long only if in the car or his carseat! Right when I put him in his swing I scarfed lunch and jumped in the shower. Then did dishes and folded laundry. Now I'm tapping my foot waiting for him to get up so I can feed him and we can go to some errands!

@Mrsdaredevil: Ughhhh! I think DS is in a growth spurt too he fed more yesterday than ever and is super fussy lately.

@regberadaisy: Awww, I wish I could offer some suggestions, but coffee is my go to! I drank coffee while pregnant, I wonder if DS is just used to caffeine now.

Me, though last night DS actuall slept well for once (two three hour stretches and a two hour). I'm watching Up All Night at the moment (ironic?) waiting for him to wake up. I should have napped during this nap, but I didn't know he would be sleeping this long and I needed lunch and a shower!

@Mrsdaredevil: ohmygod she does that at least 2 or 3 days every night after 4am. I think it was last week I was so tired I just held her in my arms to sleep after her feeding around 4am. Just so I can get more than 30 minutes at a time!

I'm lacking in sleep.... but it's my own fault. At 10 1/2 months she sleeps 12 hours a night, but I can't seem to fall asleep, and when I do I don't stay asleep :(

Hope you find a way to get some rest!

I am soo sleepy right now. I think I got maybe 4hours last night in 2 and 1 hr stretches. I was actually pretty OK this morning.
Yesterday morning I was so tired when I woke up I decided to give coffee another try and had a 1/4 of a coffee mug.
The last few times I've had coffee my baby was EXTREMELY fussy that evening. Don't know if it was a coincidence.

Well talked to my mom around lunch and LO has not napped all morning. Which is typically the norm for her but some how this week thus far she has been napping in the morning really good for my mom! So I don't know if she's just reverting back to her norm or it was the caffeine.

And because of pumping I can't even go out and take a walk to "wake up"!

Who else is lacking in sleep?
