It's organic cotton and they have a lot of really beautiful colors and patterns. I love the closeness of carrying my baby in a sling much more than a stroller. My didn't like the Moby so I'm hoping #2 does. I would get a carrier if I were you (with an newborn insert if you plan on carrying your LO during the early stages). Down side is that there is a lot to wrap. Now that he's older, we use the Bjorn comfort carrier. Pricey, but worth it for us because it is easier on the back and allows him to face out, which most carriers don't.
