Takes him way longer to take a bottle. Super fast flow and he's a chugger. He nurses 10 mins max usually less and his bottles take at least 20 mins. He gets one bottle a day. We never had to switch after that, though. Even with the slow flow J was choking on the milk at first. He didn't understand that if he stopped to take a nap the milk would keep flowing :silly: . Even if you have a strong let down, that is just what occurs at first. We tried the preemie flow nipples and they were fine but she took foreverrr.
