I was positive I had an infection, but my OB said it's normal and it's just the residual stuff coming out.. I was also scared Inwoud be stuck with that smell! I had a uterine infection and was on a medley of antibiotics. It took me awhile to figure it out because I had a cold and could not smell anything and felt tired, but relatively fine. I did notice a weird odor, but I wasn't sure what it was because I was using that medicated spray + Witch hazel and thought that may be it (plus I was so stuffy that I thought I was imagining things). LSS, I had a bad infection. I was having a lot more issues, still bleeding, uterus not contracted back down to size, etc, but as soon as I mentioned *smell* they told me to come right in and gave me antibiotics. I would definitely talk to your doctor because if you can you really want to stop it before it gets bad!! It doesn't hurt, there's no weird discharge &amp; my bleeding has mostly dissipated. I stil spot pink occasionally, but otherwise most things have returned to relatively normal down there... but it's definitely got a weird odor these days. I don't even know how to describe it. I'm 3 weeks post vaginal birth. Is this normal? Should I be worried? </p>
