I hated the thing because it was so huge and awkward to use. After 2 weeks of this, it stays on its own! I've tried twisting the top and using my regular pillow, but that's not really working either. Interesting to see someone else having the same issue. I should probably cut off the part I don't like and sew it shut. DH was against that, but now that I'm not using it he may be more likely to be ok with me doing it.
