At that point then work has to close too so it's not a big deal. If schools are closed, daycare tries to stay open but they can only stay open if it is safe for the teachers to get in. If the teachers can't get in, they have to close and then I have to take a PTO day. Or are you able to make other childcare arrangements pretty easily? Do you get excited when there is a closing or sort of dread it? </p> <p>Last night it was snowing decently and I was secretly hoping for a snow day, woke up to voice mail and email that school was closed and I was super excited! I love being able to keep LO home and just relax :) but I SAHM regardless so I don't have to make any other arrangements. </p>
