But I moved the waist straps to the middle slots and it fits now! Hallelujah! I mean there are only a couple of inches now between the waist and shoulder straps, but I don't care. I have checked underneath, took out the cushion. The waist strap are in the lowest slots basically the bottom. The straps are pulled out as long as possible. I'm going to contact FO because maybe my straps are just too short? The top two slots are for the shoulder straps and the bottom slot is for the waist straps. I pulled up the manual....here's a screenshot.
