We have a fledgeling school program, so there is always more work to be done that we can't finish during normal business hours. </p> <p>I do one day a week onsite and the rest from home. But it can be easier to get things done and talk to people about stuff by being in the office. Most of my colleagues that I work with on a daily basis are based in other offices (Europe, Asia, Africa, South America), so they don't miss me when I'm not in the office.
