And even if they're both covered, if they're BARELY covered I still feel pretty uncomfortable. So it's always either a sweater dress or a tunic. Sometimes I'll do a long shirt with a long cardigan over, but having it open in the front with the long shirt only barely covering the crotch is still borderline for me. (Not for work. Maybe for hanging out.)
