I have been there. I used to babysit 3 under 5, and was with them for 3 summers in a row and we spent every morning at the beach for swimming lessons. I don't think any bathing suit is safe when there is a 4 year old who thinks they are drowning, clawing blindly in the air as you 'rescue' them from their water-up-the-nose tragedies.
