It took over a week for them to even give us a new delivery date, which ended up being another two weeks later. We cancelled our order (which was another hassle!) and went elsewhere and were much happier. We paid a bit more but we went with a local appliance company with very good reviews. We have an awful interaction with them and will never shop there again (they sold us a broken product and basically accused DH of trying to swindle them when he brought it back, within hours - what kind of customer service is that!?!?, it turned out it was one of their employees who swapped their broken one with a new one). Also, I'd get the protection plan. We had to have our new fridge fixed within the first year. We picked one out at Best Buy and got a 12/31 delivery date. </p> <p>Today instead of getting a delivery time for tomorrow we got an email saying we now have a January 8th delivery date. WTF. DH called to complain but all he got was offered was a $25 gift card. Awesome that will cover maybe the cost of one take out meal - of which we are eating a lot because we don't have a refrigerator. </p> <p>I don't think I can do more than a week more of no fridge. I think we could still cancel but we got a good deal. DH still wants this fridge. </p> <p>Anybody have any complaint suggestions? We would not have bought the fridge if we had gotten a 1/8 delivery date originally. We had the 12/31 date at time of purchase. </p>
