I am glad it worked out for you! My first one was also lace but a different colour (pearl rose), with a brown sash and A line (the sales lady had told me I could make it into a mermaid, when it came in I was informed otherwise) I basically chose it because it was the best I could find in my city. Two months later a new bridal salon opened and sitting right there in the window was the Dakota, I had been eyeing it in every magazine/website etc. I tried telling myself to just settle with the one I had and not to try the other on but I clearly failed miserably at restraining myself! My mom cried right away, but it took me over a month to finally choose it. No regrets at all, I still love it like crazy.
