Unfortunately, I don't think Instagram is *as* good for promoting upcoming/recent blog posts as Facebook &amp; Twitter because you can't put clickable links in captions right now. So it's not like you would see a picture and then click right to the blog post. Still, I think we would all love to get "teasers" and it would remind us to come check it out!</p> <p>Overall, I know all of you bloggers have zillions of Instagram photos of your kids - some relating to your blog topics, some just regular ol' cute - that you can't put it your blog posts. I'm on it all the time. Maybe kind of how Weddingbee uses Twitter? Instagram a pic from an upcoming (or recent) post to promote it? Or maybe it would be nice for just the bloggers to use it, so we can see more of their pictures in one place easily?</p> <p>@Boogs: These are just our pipe dreams for now, I think! @mrbee said Facebook &amp; Twitter are a lot for him as it is, so I wouldn't expect them to add more right now. Still, Hellobee seems to be thriving, so maybe one day they'll be able to bring on more team members and do this kind of stuff!</p> <p>Having said that, getting a hashtag started wouldn't take any work on their end... I know so many of you share precious baby photos on there already!</p> <p>Instagram is different than Facebook or Twitter because it is all about personal, spur-of-the-moment sharing. It seems like most of the HB bloggers already have their own Instagram profiles, too, so maybe that need is fulfilled? Do you guys follow the bloggers on Instagram?</p> <p>I want to hear your ideas... do you think Hellobee should have a presence there? What would you want from it? A couple ideas I had just now:</p> <p>- A hashtag for Hellobee users to tag their baby-related pictures. That way, you can just search #hellobee or whatever, and see all the most recent photos just from this community in one place.</p> <p>- "Teasers" for upcoming blog posts. For example, I know a sneak peek at @mrstutu's Mini Style post on Instagram would have gotten me really excited for the blog post!</p> <p>EDITED TO ADD ANOTHER IDEA: Pull in a feed of Instagram photos from the bloggers! That way we can view a plethora of precious baby pictures (or nursery or whatever) when we're on the blog. Not sure how to do this, but they could use a hashtag for any photos they want to go to the blog. Makes it super easy for them to share content without having to write a big ol' post!</p> <p>What do you think? </p>
