When I'm tired (or have a headache) I utilize the jumper more and do lots of belly time. That way I can either lie on the couch or next to her on the floor.

@Rubies: Hope your LO figures out her sleep soon so you can both get some rest!

I am also in that camp, too. LO's sleeping is being sabotaged by her rolling over and it's affecting all sleep (naps, night, mine). You can tell when I'm a zombie based on the number of posts I have. Lots = good sleep. Little = bad sleep.

I don't have advice :(

i usually make up the hours later because right now, we don't have strict deadlines. i haven't been sleeping well lately either so i'm pretty zombified.

I usually go for a short walk thru the museum and shop in the gift shop and pick up a coffee or diet coke and a snack in the cafeteria. By the time I'm back at my desk, I'm a little more energized and I have a snack to tide me over til the end of the day! (zombified usually happens around 2pm, I leave at 4.)

That was Saturday- I felt crummy all day and my husband was at work. Can't exactly call in sick as a SAHM.

That night I had my first "mommy meltdown" of being too tired and overwhelmed- so my husband had me pump a few bottles and he took the night shift. I felt so good on Sunday! He on the other hand was exhausted- it made me feel better that its not just me who feels run down after a night shift!

@MamaMoose: ditto!

Exercise usually perks me up, even just a brisk walk. Otherwise hit the coffee pot!

Can you get to a gym for a quick run? That usually peps me up for a while. And getting in a good work out will also help you to sleep more soundly tonight.

When all else fails lots of caffeine.

I am zombified since Charlie woke up early today and yesterday... each day I took a small nap, but then couldn't sleep at night. So I am super tired.

What do you do when you're zonked and useless at work? I actually have a lot of work I have to get done before midnight, so I can't just try and nap or zonk my way through the day...
