I've only ever seen "expectant mothers" parking.<br /> But yeah, it's way harder to walk 4 little kids through a dangerous parking lot than to carry an infant. I guess you're right: they do that to limit things. Because people only have infants for a few months, they rarely go out with them too. I guess I'm not supposed to park there if I had say, 4 kids with me? Isn't that harder than having one infant, though?</p> <p>I guess it's just their way of restricting it or else there would be a lot more people trying to get the special spots. </p>
