<description>&#60;p&#62;it's usually anywhere from 200-300 (3000 sq ft colonial house) depending on how bad the winter is... but we're on a budget plan so we pay $115 a month right now year round!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;last year, the winter was so mild we ended up getting a refund check at the end of the annual cycle for $800!
