<description>&#60;p&#62;Jut wanted to give an update for anyone - Customer Service called me back today and admitted that it was a flaw within their system.  The one item I ordered is sold out, so even though their system says it's shipped, the order is held until that item is back in stock.  So they replaced the sold out item with another one and are shipping it today.

<description>&#60;p&#62;It's been nearly 3 weeks since my order was &#34;shipped,&#34; according to the email from Soapsox.  USPS tracking still says it's in pre-shipment.  I called USPS and they said that according to their system, the order hasn't been picked up.  I left a voicemail for Soapsox Customer Service on Friday and sent an email today.  When you call Soapsox, there's an option to talk to the CEO.  I'm seriously tempted to try it!  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone else having trouble with their order?  I know a lot of us placed them recently!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Ok, so I know a lot of us ordered Soapsox a couple weeks ago after the post about the ABC Kids Toy Expo.  I got an email on 11/19 that my order was shipped, with a tracking number.  Since then, the tracking number just keeps saying it's in pre-shipment, sho the USPS was just notified of their intent to ship it.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone else have any issues with your Soapsox order?  At what point do I contact the company?  Or USPS?  I need these by the 19th.
