I've noticed that Coach outlet stuff can sometimes be different quality/styles than regular Coach stuff and is perhaps made for the outlet only. Maybe that's why she doesn't think it is authentic. Well she if she's happy with that.</p> <p>If she's not happy still, what should I do? Offer to trade back? Ugh so weird! </p>
