<description>&#60;p&#62;We haven't had a problem with spices so far, especially if they are in foods she has already had. Personally we didn't wait three days, but if you have allergies in your family you might want to be more conservative than we were.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I usually make a lot of lo's food, but we are out of town and we have jarred food this week. I picked things out based on what lo's had so far and didn't notice that some of them have different spices with it, like the peas have mint and the butternut squash has cinnamon. Do I need to not wait 3 days in between to see if she has a reAction or does that stuff not matter as much? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also,this will probably be a separate post but we are in a rut and I need some new ideas and combos.
