@Silva: totally get the resentment, it's so rough. For us it was rocking not nursing but he only wanted me. No cry sleep solution was a game changer for us. I do know once we added a second solids meal he woke an extra time for a while but who knows if it was related. Good luck!

@Silva: I understand that. DH and I were so happy when we moved R into her room, so we didn't have to be quiet and could watch TV in bed before going to sleep. I hope things get better!

@Smurfette: my mom is coming over on Friday, so maybe then. Honestly, the hardest part for me is not having a minute by myself all day! I just want to watch a damn sitcom with my husband before bed, ya know?

@Silva: I am sorry!! R was the same way, she needed the boob to fall asleep till we sleep trained. Day care did help cause she had to learn to sleep on her own. But weekends would only nap on us for a while longer. Naps and night got better when we sleep trained. Then teething hit and we had to do it again. But since then we are good. She is still sleeping good through teething tooth #3. Hang in there Mom!

Is there anyone that can come watch her for a bit so you can get some sleep?

@Smurfette: she can't put herself to sleep. She is literally attached to my boob most of the time she is sleeping now :( I feel so bad for creating this monster!

@hilsy85: I think we are planning to start some sleep training next week. The gas was new last night, not sure where it came from, but she would go back to sleep right after I rolled her legs a bit and she farted.

Sleep regression? Our sleep was bad on and off til 6.5 months when we sleep trained...maybe try gas drops or gripe water before you put her to bed?

No advice either but hugs.

Is she hungry when she wakes up? Or just waking up? Between 5-6 months was awful sleep for us. Part of it was teething but she forgot how to put herself back to sleep when she woke up. Part was a regression, I guess. I don't know.

Does she know how to put herself to sleep? Or is she just use to you always being there?

@sslm: I keep thinking, oh it will get better soon. Tonight is the night. Nope! We are planning to start some kind of sleep training next week, because I'm starting to get resentful and I just don't want to feel that way about her, ever.

I keep swearing that I am not going to post about my baby"s sleep anymore. But here we are...
She is 6 months old. We started solids 2 weeks ago. For the past week and a half, with the exception of two nights, she has woken up every 90 minutes to 2 hours all night long.
She has also started refusing to sleep without me. So, I'm getting in bed at 7:30 at night. She won't nap unless I'm lying down next to her.

I just tried to take the worlds fastest shower while she napped (because it had been three days) and she was screaming when I got out.

She isn't constipated, but was gassy last night. She may be working on another tooth (she has one) but it wasn't this bad last time, and shouldn't have gone on for this long. I had a cold over the weekend, and she was a little congested this morning.

This is worse than her newborn days! Am I missing something? What is going on? Ahhhhhh
