My LO also has been eating solids for the past month and his poop is pretty much exactly as you described - mushy and seedy and brown or green depending on what he ate. My LO is also pooping numerous times a day, which was a huge change from before. He used to only go once every other day and now he'll poop basically every 2-3 hours during the day.

My LO's poops are mushy and brown first thing in the morning and they're usually logs if he poops during the day. They've never changed colour though! Sometimes I do see remnants of his meals in his poop :-p.

Ugh-- aren't solid poops the worst?!lol!
I agree with PP's they will change as baby's body learns to digest that food.

Yep, it's normal! I actually wish it could stay like this forever because it makes it less gross to me :)

At 11 months, LO has brown mini logs! It was still mushy and colored during purees!

It takes a while for it to become more adult-like. I guess it depends on how many solids and what kind that they eat. DS is 21 months and his poop is mostly brown but can vary with what he's eaten.

My baby has been on solids (purees) for over a month now, and her poop pretty much looks identical to what ever she eats. So if she eats carrots, her poop is pretty much orange, and the same for green beans, apple sauce etc.. Is this normal? How come baby poop looks exactly like the food they eat. I was expecting her poop to be more brown like adult poop.
