Scrambled eggs (make an omelette and cut it into a stick she can pick up). DD has eaten pieces of most of our dinners, including the other night when we did corn/onion/zucchini/radish tacos, she ate everything. You can also add variety by stirring spices into her purees. For fruit purees, I stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and/or allspice. For vegetable purees, I add any combination of cumin, coriander, garlic powder, turmeric, sage, oregano, or a tiny bit of cayenne.

I got tons of ideas from this website when I was making food for E. http://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/

I'd say you could start introducing some meats and grains and then work to making your own combination purees. Meat, veggie, rice mix type things.

We buy them but here's some of the thing I've bought/fed that you might try to incorporate in yours: pumpkin, zucchini, mango, kiwi, apple, berries, green beans, carrot, spinach, yogurt, etc.

Do you have one of the books on making your own baby food? I know you can get books that have a bunch of recipes for different food combinations! We do a lot of purées with more than one food in them at this point.

We currently have an avocado in the fridge to try giving DD. Also, you can get a ton more variety in purées than what you have done so far if you want her to just get a taste of some other foods that way. We also give DD a taste of anything soft/liquid that we are eating (mashed potatoes, gravy, sauces, dressings, soups etc.).

So LO has mastered purees, and we are starting to give her pieces of food now to eat. I have been just sticking with simple fruits and veggies. The purees I give her at sweet potato, peas, acorn and butternut squash, pears, banana. and I've give her chunks of cantelope, red pepper, carrots.

What else can I start giving her?? I feel like I need to add in more variety, but I don't know what else to try??
