<p>It seems herbal teas always come with a warning to avoid when nursing or pregnant due to lack of research and studies on the side affects. Soloman's Tea (aka "doong gul lea cha" if you're Korean) is one of my favorites and studies show it can help with blood sugar regulation. Did anyone drink this tea during pregnancy after asking their doctor? Would love to continue drinking it but not sure if it's unsafe in large quantities. I usually drink it as regular water (watered down).
