Daycare has us leave her naked (or in underwear but we did naked) all weekend and take her every 20 min. So that weekend we just stayed in the house (either my husband or me with her). And then send her in underwear on Monday and then they do the same thing (with lots of changes). We just waited until she was ready though (asking to use the potty) which was around 2.5. She had been really resistant to the idea, constantly telling us how much she loved diapers and didn't like undies, so even though she was physically ready I hadn't been pushing it. But she was between daycares for a couple weeks and home with DH, and he said he was going to try. We were texting about things I need to remember to send and she said potty seat and undies for both girls. I told her there was no way I was going to have my youngest (2.5) trained by then.
