<description>&#60;p&#62;What worked for me is I would record some of my favorite shows and only allowed myself  to watch them while on the treadmill or doing weights. I also tried to slot a time each day automatically.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@babyjmama: Running can be the hardest thing to get back into, because it's SO discouraging not to be able to go as far/fast as you used to. But you could start by taking long walks and throwing in some jogging to build up endurance and get back to it!!!
