We are here with a 1 who does not (and had not) slept more than a 5 hour stretch. Usually it's 7-10pm, then into our bed, 10-2am (wakes me up to nurse), 2-6am (up for the day). If we're lucky he'll do 7-11pm and 11-5am with an extra 5-7am stint. We are rarely so lucky. And teething? I have the happiest baby during the day and MOST nights, but some nights...I just dread!!!! A couple weeks ago I realized ds was cutting his first molars because he would wake up at night screaming at the top of his lungs...like a pain scream. So, I've been giving him teething tablets and infant Tylenol to get through the night because his gums are so swollen. </p> <p>Anyway, he hasn't been eating as much, and lately has been throwing up (usually when I give him milk), and/or gagging on his food. I put him to bed at his normal bedtime of 7, went down with no problem, only to wake up at 830 screaming in pain! I didn't give him Tylenol tonight because I hate giving it to him nightly. Have I created a nighttime monster? I solo parent so this brutal!! </p>
