It's like the UPS or postal service ringing your doorbell at 1pm in the afternoon. He has no clue that there is a baby in the house, and that's not an unreasonable hour to ring a doorbell, yet I hear people complaining about it all the time. </p> <p>Yes, I do think that 9:10 is late, but maybe they lost track of time. I doubt anyone would give you their name if you threatened to call the school. We have a post-it note over our doorbell that says "please do not ring doorbell" and so far (~8 months) it has worked. While I was on maternity leave, the FedEx guy randomly rang the doorbell (not for a signature) juuust as I was getting DS down for a nap and I flipped out.
